Describe the issue
Subject + message. Include links, transaction IDs, or screenshots if relevant.
STEP 03
Get a reply
We respond in-thread. You get an update, we mark it resolved when we're done.
What kinds of things to open a case for
- • Trouble adding a card or completing Stripe setup
- • An agent payment that shouldn't have gone through
- • A charge you don't recognize
- • Merchant onboarding or payout questions
- • MCP connection issues with Claude or ChatGPT
- • Feedback, feature requests, anything else
Urgent fraud or unauthorized charge? Still open a case — and also cancel the budget from Wallet → Budgets immediately.
